Spacious and Convenient

The suite I stayed in had ample space for relaxation. It allowed for comfortable movement and I especially appreciated the feature of being able to park right next to my door, making loading and unloading a breeze. I felt at home, and despite some minor cleanliness issues, the room itself was a decent size for my needs.

Adequately Equipped Meeting Rooms

Room for Improvement

Convenient Parking Access

The convenience of guest parking was a highlight during my stay. Being able to park so close to my room made my experience much easier, especially after long days of meetings. Having that ease of access added a layer of comfort to my trip, making it hassle-free when coming and going.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. The room was disappointing, and it was hard to focus due to the noise from the adjacent rooms. The dining options were absolutely unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend eating there. However, the staff did try to address issues, which was a small positive.

This hotel is a budget option located just a short drive from Auckland airport, which is convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and the towels were incredibly fluffy. However, the property itself is somewhat worn down, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Overall, while it offers some comfort, improvements are definitely needed in many areas.

My recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the front desk staff appeared accommodating and friendly, the room was a letdown. It was dark and seemed unclean, with filthy floors and broken furniture. The experience at the restaurant was equally frustrating, as the food was inedible and the service was slow. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The room was filthy and dated, and it certainly did not match the expectations set by the price. While the bedding was clean, everything else seemed neglected and poorly maintained. The service was lacking, and the location felt somewhat undesirable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.
